How to send a "Statement of Account"
A "statement of account" is a report that you'd send to your client which lists any unpaid invoices and how old the debt is.
It's also a good way to remind clients of any unpaid invoices and often good practice to send these monthly to a client with whom you have multiple invoices outstanding.
You can view the statement at the click of a button in Tempo:
- Select the client from your list of contacts
- When viewing the client's details click "View" under the section titled "Statement of Account".
- You can also email the PDF statement directly from here by using the "Email" link.
