How to send a "Statement of Account"

A "statement of account" is a report that you'd send to your client which lists any unpaid invoices and how old the debt is.

It's also a good way to remind clients of any unpaid invoices and often good practice to send these monthly to a client with whom you have multiple invoices outstanding.

You can view the statement at the click of a button in Tempo:

  1. Select the client from your list of contacts
  2. When viewing the client's details click "View" under the section titled "Statement of Account".
  3. You can also email the PDF statement directly from here by using the "Email" link.
