Closing your Company

You can instruct Tempo to begin the company closure process by completing this online "Closure Instruction".  You will need to be signed into your Tempo account:

The company will need at least 3 months of no trading transactions to begin the closure process.

When closing the company Tempo will need to produce a final set of accounts.  If the client has not already paid a full year's fee covering the year in which the accounting period started then we reserve the right to request a further fee payment to produce accounts and continue with the closure.
